Shipping and Returns

Orders and Shipping Policy:

Once the order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email and whatsapp.

Since the orders are custom made, we do take 24-48 hours to freshly make the orders and dispatch.

The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handling them over to our trusted delivery partners. There are no shipping charges, although for COD orders, we charge a nominal fee of ₹70.

We ship all across India and haven’t started with international shipping as of now.

The order typically takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Hairiyapa Pvt. Ltd. ensures to deliver the order within or before the estimated delivery date, however, at times there may be delays due to unavoidable and undetermined circumstances that are beyond our control. In such cases, we would request our customers to cooperate.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders at Hairiyapa are freshly made according to your requirements. It takes a lot of effort and high quality ingredients to make your custom order. That is the reason why we don’t accept return requests. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can get in touch with our representative and we’ll be happy to formulate a new one for you.

Note: We suggest you to try the products for at least 2 weeks for them to show the desired results.

Replacement & Damage Product

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered, you can raise a request for replacement by emailing us at hairiyapa@gmail.com with videos and images for the same. We’ll send you a new replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost.  In case of approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Incase you change your mind after placing the order, you can drop us an email at hairiyapa@gmail.com to raise the cancellation request. Please note that cancellation requests will be addressed only upto 15 minutes after the order is confirmed since we start working on your order right away. After 15 minutes, no cancellation will be possible. Please note: Cancellation requests are accepted only on working days.

Amount Refund

In case of approved refunds, the amount will be credited into the beneficiary’s account within 7-10 business days..
